Rather than providing generic recommendations, Coultured Luxury creates thoughtfully curated experiences tailored specifically to you.

Every experience begins with one question:

From there, we design around you.

Do you book flights, hotels, restaurants, or activities?

No.

Coultured Luxury is not a travel agency and does not directly book travel, accommodations, transportation, restaurants, excursions, or activities.

We provide research, recommendations, planning guidance, and personalized experience design.

Clients maintain full control over their bookings and final decisions.

Do you make reservations on my behalf?

At this time, clients are responsible for making their own reservations and bookings.

Your experience packet may include booking links, reservation guidance, and recommendations to simplify the process.

While travel experiences are a major focus, Coultured Luxury may also assist with lifestyle experiences, celebrations, special occasions, and personalized recommendations depending on the client's needs.

Do you work with clients internationally?

Yes.

Can you work with a modest budget?

Absolutely.

Luxury is not defined by spending more money. It is defined by intention, personalization, and thoughtful design.

Do you accept every client?

No.

To maintain a high level of personalization and service quality, Coultured Luxury accepts a limited number of clients at any given time.

How far in advance should I book?

For the best results, we recommend booking as early as possible.

What happens after I book?

4. Your experience is thoughtfully designed.

5. Your customized experience packet is delivered.

What is included in an experience packet?

Depending on the service selected, your packet may include:

Each experience includes one complimentary refinement round.

Additional refinements may incur additional fees.

Major redesign requests may require a new booking.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, subject to availability.

7–13 day turnaround

3–6 day turnaround

Emergency Rush

48–72 hour turnaround

Rush requests may be declined based on scheduling capacity.

What is Priority Booking?

Priority Booking moves your project ahead in the design queue.

Priority Booking Fee:
$250

Priority Booking provides earlier project review and increased scheduling priority.

It does not include Rush Service unless purchased separately.

Are your services refundable?

Because each experience involves customized research, planning, and design work, services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Payment may be made securely via Stripe using major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods.

Alternative payment options including PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and other methods are available upon request.

 

Consultation & Strategy Fee

To ensure every client receives thoughtful attention and personalized guidance, Coultured Luxury requires a non-refundable Consultation & Strategy Fee prior to any planning services.

This fee compensates for the professional research, expertise, recommendations, and time invested in reviewing your vision and determining the best approach for your experience.

If approved and booked within 30 days, the full consultation fee will be applied toward your selected Coultured Luxury Experience.

Will my information remain confidential?

Yes.

Client privacy is one of our highest priorities.

Information regarding your travel plans, budgets, celebrations, preferences, personal circumstances, and custom experiences is handled with professionalism, discretion, and care.

We do not publicly discuss client projects without permission.
